Buying the nightclub at an early game is for low iq beginners. But most of the high iq beginners seem to buy the Agency!!!!! DO NOT FORGET THAT THE SECURITY CONTRACTS PAY FOR ITSELF!!!!
Agency is great so is autoshop.
So day 1 solo beginners, you very well know what do to right? Just go and grind the vincent contact mission and get the 250k first time bonus!!!! Sweet right?

Anyone having problems with the weekly challenge? for some reason mine has been completed as soon as I log into the game. I am not getting the item or the money. Fortunately, last week I just did the challenge and summited a ticked and Rockstar has been able to check my account and rewarding me the clothing item. I am going to do the same this week but it's a pain.

Taco!! Quick question. Following your guides… I have all the businesses except the facility and about $20 million dollars. Do you think the facility and the avenger are worth purchasing or should I wait for a possible week where they’re discounted?
The only reason to get a Facility is to play the Doomsday heist. It doesn't make any money as a property. So if you want to play the heist with friends, go for it.
Also get the sea sparrow if you don't have one yet
