  • Today, we are taking the FlixBus from Turku to Tallinn. FlixBus has just begun operations in Finland, serving Vaasa, Närpiö, Port, Rauma, Raisin, Turku, Salo, Espoo, and Helsinki. The bus travels all the way to Warsaw, Poland. The journey includes the ferry between Helsinki and Tallinn, which is already included in the bus ticket. I'll show you all the facilities inside the bus, some sights along the way, and what to do at the ferry terminal.

Great trip. Bit unusual, because even though the Ferry crossing fare is included in your ticket bus, but you need to check in for boarding the Ferry.

Hi, not sure about that, unfortunately. You can check HSL website(Helsinki Public Transport) for ticket machines and check if they do accept cash

Hi, I've received my ferry ticket 2 days before the departure by e-mail, and yes, there is a free Wi-Fi onboard, but please keep in mind that in the middle of the sea internet connection can be quite slow. Enjoy the trip!

Hi! You can simply save the ticket on your phone, and you should be able to check-in with the QR code on it or by reservation number and security code, which can be found on the same ticket.

Beware of Flixbus. They are a de-centralised operation in which drivers own and operate their own vehicles. In my experience there is poor to rude customer service when things go wrong, and service levels vary considerably. Operators know exactly the law of refunds in their respective countries and are sometimes unscrupulous in what they tell passengers. Flixbus is cheap but you are playing with the law of averages - one day you'll be treated badly and have very little recourse to compensation.
