20 or so years ago, I saw an old man watching me bowl at my local house. After a few frames I went over to him and asked him how he was doing. He said that he was doing fine and that
he was enjoying watching me bowl. He said, "You get it. Most bowlers run to the line and throw the ball. You walk to the line and roll the ball." I thought about that and he was right, so I
concentrate on maintaining my speed on the approach at an even pace, neither too fast nor too slow, and then rolling the ball, which creates an even release that is controllable and accurate.
Love bowling. It's my favorite sport. At age 74, I'm still bowling 2-3 times a week and maintaining a 195 average. All of the crankers I knew in the past that were my age are now unable to
bowl due to health issues with their arms and shoulders. So, take it easy, friends, relax, and have fun on the lanes. 🙂

Thanks for your tips. Now I want to know which one you use to clean ur ball before and after?

Why do you wipe off your hand with the oil-soaked shammy?

I think he’s using the clean side

He literally said why in the video. It's part of his pre-whot routine.

@@Samuel-xs2yv You missed the "oil-soaked shammy" part of my question. I suggest wiping your ball off with your bare bowling hand as part of your pre-shot routine.
