There's difficulty on the controls; it does not properly show where to do the "clickings" to control the volume or to go to next or previous music.. etc... you have to feel around the headphone to learn....
If you found out could you tell me i know where to pause but cant colume up or down or gaming mode

Tangalin mo sa charging case. Hayaan mo magpair sa isa’t isa ang earbuds then tap 2 times yung touch control to switch language. Sa iba eh 5 times daw. Try mo lang which one works for you ☺️🤙🏼

@@dan3017 Try to use a tweezer or tsani or karayom para matanggal mo sha ulit. Be sure na tama yung shape bago mo sha isalpak ulit. Tignan mo yung isang earbud as a reference. Or itry mo ulit ibagsak para matanggal sha ulit. 😊🤙🏼

Sí, este auricular se ve fácilmente afectado por interferencias. La recepción de bluetooth no es tan fuerte.

hello, I wanted to know if there is a delay to play cod mobile? and what is the larence of the phone? How do you activate gamer mode?
Just press the touch control for 3seconds to choose the game mode. 64-145ms latency usually but some are saying there’s a 1 second delay on their phones. So i guess it depends which phone you got. As for me, I can play CODM with no noticeable delay. I’m using an iphone and my poco x3 pro. ☺️🤙🏼

I has a little problem with it when I open the case after few seconds the case battery will go off even when it charged the earbuds when I open it it will go off do you has a way to fix it
Check the charging pins if it’s touching each other. Maybe the earbuds isn’t charging. Hope it helps ☺️🤙🏼

Hi Kenia, just turn them off, unpair it/ delete it from your device then turn off the Bluetooth of your phone. Then put the earphones back in the charging case and let them pair with each other again before you pair it with your device. Check the earphone bluetooth settings in your phone too. SBC? AAC? Sometimes it depends on your phone model, OS and even interference in your room. Hope this helps ☺️👍

My problem is pairing both headphones at the same time.
This automatically pairs to the last device they paired up with so unpair/delete it from any device you paired it with and turn the bluetooth of those devices then turn of the earphones at the same time and put it back in the charging case. Then turn them on and let it pair with each other first. Hope this helps
