    I remember getting absolutely stuck in a cockpit locker while trying to fix something. Took over an hour to squeeze my way back out! ⛵️⛵️⛵️

    Great vlog Magnus and Wendy. The beer review brought back memories of when you was here travelling the Canal's of the UK. Keep safe both... 🤗😊🍺🍺

    Another brilliant video. Great photography, music and content. So glad I found you two. And, YES, Theakston's Old Peculiar in a Yorkshire moors pub, been there, done that.

    Like the Associated Memory Scale for rating beers.

    I have heard if you do not rub in the sun block it is doubly effective as it reflects and blocks the suns rays 😉

    Always get pleasure from watching Nutshell. Gamer man, then I dragging that tender. It is quite harrowing when the seas get rather large, but never again for me. That happened in 1988, East Coast NSW returning from Far North QLD

    You need the pub with a fire for a pint of old . Having a spitfire tonight , the old will be tomorrow , or I have some pedigree?

    What’s your secret to towing Peanut in the open ocean? How long is the painter and do you adjust it depending on sea conditions, boat speed, where the stern wave is, etc? There doesn’t appear to be more than one painter. And do you take stuff out of the dinghy?

    • @LifeinaNutshell
      @LifeinaNutshell  Před rokem +2

      Hi Paul
      The painter is about 20 m long. Single reinforced tow point. I never adjust the length. I leave the motor down to create some drag. I lock the steering ahead. We leave everything in the dinghy. The secret to our setup is the boat collar. It stops the dingy broaching and gives the bow a lot of boyancy.
      The dinghy also has an automatic bilge pump.
      Hope that helps.
      Cheers

      Hi. I usually add location information in the descriptions so if I forget to include it in the video hopefully you’ll find it there! W.
