The Cressi Signal Float Buoy is a board shaped SMB made to be as rugged and practical as possible. Multiple mounting points and pockets cover the Buoy so you can keep all of your spares with you in the water. The tough mesh underside and bright red upper protect the inner bladders and allow water to drain quickly after a dive.

there are 2 velcro with a hole, what are they for on either side of the float?
