They were very brittle and dry, not easy to brush through and definitely had splits. With natural hair (especially tightly textured hair like mine) it's not always super visible. It's more of how they feel and how much they do or don't clump together.

your ends look fine wdym a lot could come off , how do you want your hair to look , theres basically no breakage or splits
