    Hi Dr, what are your thoughts on cyclical progesterone post menapause along with continuous estrogen. There are many menapause, hormone docs speaking on this. Some say that having a bleed because of this is a good thing. What are your thoughts? Thank you so much!☺️

      Hi! I think it makes no sense to cycle progesterone once your in menopause. There is no evidence that having a bleed is necessary. Plus, you’re missing out on the benefits of progesterone for 1/2 the month!

    Hello Dr. Garrett from Canada. WOW!!! this lady (she looks like she's in her 30's) is a WEALTH of KNOWLEDGE. THANK YOU for having her on your channel. My question is Dr. Berksen had mentioned oral micronized progesterone is not the best for uterine protection, and that vaginal is the best route for HRT. Therefore what is the most protective vaginal form of biodentical progesterone?
