@@pjvazel7089 Thx I`m good. Sure have see me in events at stadium or warm up area. Last 10 years i leading the hurdle in germany and was national coach for short hurdle, and was by all european and world champs indoor and outdoor, incl. olymics.
I was also there for a short visit when you were at ALTIS. But I have take down my work for the federation at national coach last winter. I work at olymic center in Leipzig GER, and
do consultations for other nations.

Interesting at 8.23 the first action of the arm driving back... I think we over emphasise front side mechanics when in reality the strong backside will drive the opposing equal force back up forward

Bolt is very fluid in his drills. Do you think since he is not very muscular compared to other sprinters. Is there a slight advantage of not being to muscular as a sprinter to run fast.

Michael Thomas he is very muscular for a 1.96 tall guy who is not supposed to train a lot in a gym and not like a bodybuilder. He gained lot of mass after 2007.

I'm sure the sleeker frame could be of some advantage but his true advantage is in his ability to pronate, explode off the forefoot, maintain such an optimal torso angle with minimal effort. Watch the clips from behid and notice how his foot goes from eversion to inversion so smoothly.

@@spacemon07 Good observation, but what I inotice from bolt is his elasticity I discussed this with my coach and he mentioned that once you improve your ankle stiffness and overall strength and speed you should be able to run faster I ran a 3.90 in the 30 meter last week and my coach told me that I need to work ankle stiffness and elasticity to drop those times.my goal is to get to a 2.5 and l know that is possible.
