They way they do this interesting glitch, which is cheating is that, a friend of mine did it. They erase their builds, they try to get to 2k saying “ohhh I lost a build” they tell them make a 60 overall so I can copy/paste on that 60 overall player they make. So they do that they go in the builder create a 60 overall their build is shit, but they made it on a way that they get that animation requirement. For example 6’4, 90 three or middy, they get all of the other attributes they have to be shitty so you can get that shooting attribute higher. After they do that if the build is over 6’4 it can be even a center. They get all of the smaller guard shooting animations which, it’s unfair
Everyone needs to do their part and call out the bullshit, whenever, wherever. Put it on blast, and continue to put pressure on the negative aspects of the commubity.
I have the same animation with my Tracy base on my 6.6 build and if I blend it more on my 2nd release after shot he'll do a lil hop/step on 52/48 blend and no hop/step 48/52 blend
The other thing that you didn’t mention is the idea that contests barely register. The game was fine the first month or 2 when they were getting the crazy glitches fixed. But Steph Curry is the best shooter ever and hits under 45%, so the game should take that into account, and they have really expanded the offensive arsenal now with midrange fades, floaters, scoopers, etc
From Joe's video the guy said the script doesn't work until 15 seconds on the clock for whatever reason, could be why they miss sometimes? Like on that last shot, he literally shot it at 15 seconds like he knew he was about to pull some dumb shit lol
I actually created a consistent green script to but mines incorporates comp stage dribbling mechanics and some nasty combos . I probably would never share it but I will say there is a better way than programming multiple shot timings .
I mean, the invention of a pure green window was a horrible idea. In other 2k’s the chance of hitting those kinda shots had probability of like 0% of going in. And shooting 3s should be difficult. If someone can’t hit 3s, they should look for other ways to score… Layups, middies, dunks, pump fakes, etc.
the patty mills glitch on 6'5 and above exists from season 5 at least the half court shoot tho could have been made since it was an open if he was in RISE and had heat check to boost his shoot..but i saw he was ELITE so that's questionable..for sure he had takeover but that's a tough shot even if he didnt cheat

As a retired Zen User from this year, I can tell you that your fears from Zen’s and titans are irrational and I’ll explain. It’s not possible to shoot 12/12 or even 5/15 from 3 with zen anymore. All of the releases are completely random and when your shot is contested, it’s even more random. I stopped using the zen and just simply practiced and slowed my shot. I can now consistently hit red’s if I’m hot, no cheating necessary.

Few of the shots on marauder man didn't even hesitate, right in the grill. Now, marauders defense might be low and dude might have known that, but his confidence is sus when tied to everything else.

Mike Wang listened and changed how the shooting worked, that and the builder were two of the main things people were crying and complaining about to the devs.

I win 75% of my park games and I win 50% of my rec games but whenever I squad up with people either they are cheaters or they have a zen.. they will literally tell you… the amount of times I see someone green a 45% to even 95% contested shit and go in is not real… meanwhile legit players are struggling to shoot.. I play every day and work in my shot to shoot 55% so every time I’m wide open I can green! not green while getting double teamed and spam dribbles to pull up half court. This year I’ve heard more people buying Jumpshot boots then ever

I can tell you however that everything I state in my videos are 100% factual and will make you a better shooter regardless of your personal thoughts on my game
I don’t use a zen but I’m definitely finna purchase one. 2k just need to stop making their good shooters suffer for zen and titan users. You can shoot 12/12 one game then 3/14 the next. The game so inconsistent and only reward 92+ 3pt shooters and cheaters. Not only do we gotta learn over 20 different shot timings, we gotta worry about latency too and that’s overkill. We need the old 2k21 or 22 shooting system back. Or they can open up the green window a lil bigger so we won’t have much margin of error or get that punish for having a bad latency.
Why play the game anymore though at that point? I’m not even hating, do what you gotta do, but I feel like that would take out 95% of the fun of playing 2k
