Love, love, love that multi colored romper on you. I was going into a 4x at 5'4" 220 lbs and having a number of problems. I decided to cut my calories from 3,000 a day to 2,000. I wish I had first gone down to 2500 for a while because after5 months I have lost 35 lbs, my breasts have gone flat, i've lost fat everywhere but my belly, which is where I really wanted it gone. I just hope I don't end up gaining it back. Some of my problems have gone away, but I wish I had taken it a little bit slower.
Losing 35lbs is such a beautiful and amazing accomplishment. I remember when I lost weight in college. I lost 30lbs in 1 summer. Worked out twice a day and was on the Keto diet before I even knew there was such a thing. Basically ate fish, shrimp, baked chicken, and veggies. When I say my boobs and what little butt I had nearly disappeared… 😂 I literally did nothing but cardio which I regret. This time around I am taking it slowly which I hate because like everyone else I want quick results. I have found that the slow route makes it less likely you will gain the weight back so quickly. Have you tried using the waist trainers to target your belly more? I am glad some of your problems have subsided. Keep going!!!!!! You’re doing awesome!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
@@itssimplyash_ I'm pretty much doing what you did. Seafood and chicken w/o the skin (Low Fat) meats and veggies. I have a problem with too many starchy foods, dairy, chocolate and fats. I don't know what waist trainers are. I did by a stretchy type belt in the fitness area of Walmart that I tried to wear to hold up my belly, but it just gets in the way of sitting down. I do a few weights with my arms and stretches occasionally, but I am not much on fitness. Mine did too on the B and B.
