- We explain the German Suplex. ***Do not attempt this move unless you are in a real pro wrestling ring, and have been trained by a professional. Otherwise, you could easily be injured. This video is meant for reference only, and is not intended to replace real pro wrestling training.--

"Don't do this move"
wut
+Hans Abrams lol
lololololol
these are tutorials for pro wrestlers in training
Hans Abrams yeah that is stupid
It tells you not to use it unless in a pro wrestling ring. In addition, it tells you not to use it if you aren't training to become a pro wrestler because watching a CZcams video doesn't replace actual training. Lol. It's also a manner of ensuring that the channel cannot be held liable if someone gets hurt performing the move shown in the video.
On of my favorite moves in the Bridging German Suplex.
Like the one from Great Teacher Onizuka.
Him: Don't do these moves at home
Me: (Grabs teddy bear and messes him up)
You sir has the best comment on CZcams ever! 🤣
Same
I've been doing this move over the past six years. In freestyle wrestling, this move is allowed, and we cannot release our opponent.
In other forms of wrestling, it's a way to score a pin. In professional wrestling, it can also be used a throwing attack without a pin.
Excellent stuff, thanks for the upload. I requested this on the last video you posted. This is a really impressive move, I always thought it looked dangerous and it turns out it is. The hold looks especially difficult.
@ShaolinDove Every wrestling ring I've ever seen has a steel frame with wood flooring, and then thin padding on top. I've heard some very old rings may have been made completely of wood. The flexibility of a ring like ours comes from the steel cross beams. So if you're in a ring that's all wood, built like a pool deck, it's going to be very stiff. I've seen a boxing ring built like that. So the steel framed ring will hurt less, unless there's a very stiff spring being used for support...-Keith
"Do not attempt anything you see at home..."
Me: Let me try this at home.
Homeless people: I can I will.
thank you so much dude. I requested this move and I'm glad to see you do it, thanks man.
Woah this is one of my favourite moves of alltime, Thanks for doing this one.
> Do not attempt what you are about to see.
> Name of video is How to do a German Suplex
It's to learn, not do if you are not trained.
Bronze Bengal If you're just learning how to do it, you damn sure aren't trained doing it.
Mason Martinez You're trained how to take bumps and how to support the person giving the move
Andy's Mad House People have to have common sense to not do shit they are not properly trained to do. Can't blame the tuts.
Andy's Mad House That's true, but people will find any kind of influence to do something extremely ill advised. The lack of these kind of tutorials ruins it for us that have the sense to think of the dangers and possible outcomes of performing such moves.
it's interesting that relased version is safer... it looks much more impactful than bridging, especially if the receiving person jumps high, and rolls face-down after bumping on their shoulders.
i did this to my friend today, thanks for the help
I've been looking into learning some fighting moves. Thanks for the quick lesson!
Are you dumb? You would not be able to land the move anyway if you won't both jump when you hold them around their waist.
this really helps are fed i allready know a few moves like suplex and scoop slam
I really want to be a professional wrestler (for teens because I'm a teen) and this channel is the perfect choice for training
could you guys do more suplexes and take overs in the near future?
Thanks for the tip
A lot of people hit their heads or smash their face trying to German suplex. Your release version is good. For those trying to pin, if you don't have a good bridge, don't try it. Their body is supposed to break your fall. The Joshi wrestlers had great German suplexes. Their heads rarely touch the ground.
Just tried this at home, very effective.
@oneandonlyrisenangel made my DAY
Please upload second version
thxs 4 the tips , i always hv trouble getting ths 1 dwn wit out sum1 being hurt
Excited to add this to my repotoir
Thank you much!
I know this is a five year old video but I need some help with the landing, I don't ever seem to have enough time to turn onto my shoulder and I end up taking a large amount of force to the back of my head instead, any tips?
Bit late but bend your chin torwards your chest. That way your shoulders land first
"don't do anything your about to see at home"
"I recommend doing the release version first"
-_-
I usually do the bridging version in Shoot Style/Pancrase
I love how there's different versions also I find you need to go down the waist and go to a side and let go
i like these videos, i would like to know where to buy a wrestling ring like that
"You can't escape!" "Hyper Bomb!"
-Alex, SF Third Strike.
Similar. Once you're behind the person: lift, rebend, arch back. The rebend must be very short, unlike the pro wrestling rebend where they are allowed to get back into a squat and really exaggerate the pop. If your opponent is off the ground enough you can just arch back. Trust the arch; your opponent should land before you. Lift, rebend (pop hips), arch, fall.
Great video.
Double underhook backbreaker, please.
OH DAMN! I didn't know Bruce Willis was a wrestler...
Dam bro u got skills man
you can also do three german suplexes. just keep hold and repeat the suplex three times before the pin

Request: The Burning Hammer.
Not Tyler Reks's variation, though, the actual move where the person taking the move lands on his back please.
I like the German suplex but can u teach other moves and how fast can u get a opponent to do the move
Suplex, close line, dropkick, headlock, sleeper hold - bring it on dude! .-)
Ac Dc on the background with thunderstruck
is there any risk while doing this move ?? I love this move but didn't try it yet I think it's also dangerous for me . so can you tell me in detail .
Shivam Sinha if u do that, u can break the neck of your opponent or your opponent gets a brain damage. Dont do this fucking move its fucking dangerous man
@HowToWrestle Some smaller companies will use a wooden ring because it's cheaper than steel. I think they're made just like the steel ones, but with a wooden frame and wood cross beams. I would imagine they wear out a lot faster than steal, but I guess that's the sacrifice you make when you go for cheaper.
When they say dont do it at home they mean do it outside right?
Thanks
One of my friends hospitalized a "bully" in my schools locker room
Got suspended for this
Lol
lol
Well i got 5 days suspended for this...

Appreciate ur words ❤
awesome
How much did that Ring cost in British pound coz I wanna buy it
Flawless.
@QatarnehChannel Well I once saw a video and it explained how, it said that they just barely tap each other and just to be safe they don't even completely close thier fists. As for the sound effects of the punch they jump really hard when they "hit" their opponent and it creates a punch sound effect. So if they jump in sync with their punch it looks real. Keep in mind though I just heard this in a video if you want I can give you the link to the video.
If you did the move will it hurt you as well?
Why do people do this he says don't try this at home but he's teaching us how to do the freaking move
hey howtowreste, i'm from europe and i'd like to become a pro wrestler, but i can't find anything where i can train with 'real wrestlers' help!
Everyone says Lesnar was the mayor of suplex city, the true one was Chris Benoit... Rip Chris Benoit 1967-2007
Thanks! Now I can show grandma who’s boss!
can you guys do the cobra or 450 splash??
can you do the titus o'neil's finisher?
Where can I get a ring like that one
How i can Train with you?
I will try it for my friend
still scared to do this even there is a cushion, i cant get the pin version properly without help.
I plan to do this when I start training sooo I’m finna release and bridge
am I the only one that thinks you guys should have an actual match?
Please do the Vertebreaker or Gringo Killer or Drake`s Landing. Both are the same move. Thumbs up if you want them to do that.
how do you do the goldberg finisher
But then some pricks say, wrestling ain't real. Smh...
cause it ain't
The stories are scripted. The matches winner is predetermined, but the wrestlers communicate in the ring (most of the time) to put on a match. It's scripted, not fake. There's a difference
MNOxGaming i do it. The falls and bumps are real and they do hurt
imagine if the crossarmbreaker is done the other way arond when the face is on the ground and then pulling his hand
If you bump this move correctly and land high on the neck/head you should be fine, it's basically a backwards roll
How to wrestle: do not attempt to do this at home. The poor people at the street: Well time to do it in the streets.
How to perform chokeslam of kane and undertaker
The video title should be like this, How to send someone to suplex city.
@QatarnehChannel Oh have they already done the big boot? cause i haven't seen it
Thanks, I will go try this new move today on my little brother, I want the kimura lock too, so i can kimura lock my little brother XD
cool but chill with the kimura as it can end a broken arm
I've been wrestling 5 years and taking this move still scares me
actually there are 3 versions those 2, and brock lesnars version where the opponent flips over
Could you release the person in mid-air?
u said theres 2 versions wat about the non release 3 germans done by chris beniot and kurt angle
@lyserko10 for starters bud, the part in the beginning that says "Do not try this at home" is not something you should take lightly. Unless you're properly trained you should not be attempting ANY of these moves.
Second, as someone who is trained and uses HTW for guidance on other moves and to see how they set up their moves as well, I can tell you that the rings are made of thick plywood sometimes better wood and have a very thin mat covering the ring itself. Do not try this at home.
i Can apply the pinfall after doing this movement??
what is that floor made of
Where i can buy that ring?!
Time for me to try this on my trampoline
