Dit is echt geweldig. Ik hou van dit nummer. De lange Jam en de solo zijn fantastisch. En het drummer van phil collins drijft het nummer naar een hoger level
A lot of people bag on Clapton, but this shows why he’s stayed relevant for decades and why he was a pioneer in the “new” rock sound (that most every genre splitting outcome came from) from the mid 60’s onward
This is amazing to see Phil Collins and as a drummer fan I bought this dvd : his maestria on drums is really great here but for me the best versions were in 86-87 with Phil happy to see this BUT I WANTED A FULL SHOW with Phil COLLINS 91 ! When ?lol
If only! I absolutely one of these days they will release an official copy! I saw Phil play with Eric during the 87 tour and that was by far his best band and will always be in my opinion.
Point. This would have made the original 24 Nights release infinitely better. Shame this was robbed from us all these years. I would have been a better musician. 😂
This Four piece band was initially created in 1986. They recorded a studio album and did a brief European tour afterwards. They also toured a few cities in the United States in 1986. The following year in 1987 Phil Collins took a month break from the Genesis tour to tour with Eric Clapton when he came to America in 1987. The following years between 1988 and 1991 they tour together on and off for about another 10 to 12 shows between that time.
WOW......Clapton phenomenal.....wkid upload.....good old Phil on drums......best 🎸 guitar Rock Gods Peter Green Jimmy Page Jimi Hendrix Eric Clapton David Gilmore Kurt Cobain BB King
😊this video is a great example of why Clapton has been called the king of blue eyed blues and will continue to be considered as such for as long as there are videos and recordings of his music that can be handed down through the upcoming generations so that they can listen to and love his music and maybe have a interest in old school blues roots of Clapton's music and and the old school blues roots of most of the blue eyed blues players who came out of the British invasion , and the American born blue eyed blues masters that came out of the Southern Rock explosion and wave that took over from the British invasion pretty much worldwide and could be found in the music of Stevie and Jimmy Vaughn, and ZZTOP, and other Southern Texas rockin blues performers who were and continue to be big influences in the music industry what with their continuing to work with various other performers in the music industry in one 1⃣ way or another 😊😅😮❤😊❤
