This woman cooks custom made food, givin each one their own special meal. Absolutely amazing the love of food and people.
I had to stop video to commend the Ms. Rose. She is the first person I see in Jamaica when preparing fish cuts off the gills and all the extra naily parts everybody else in Jamaica prepare the fish with all that sticky ickly stuff which makes it very unpleasant to look at on your plate not to mention it's inedible.
