@@hodorba5567 When a lot of people don't agree with you perhaps you should consider that you are in the wrong - as for written signs explaining why the tourists should keep it quiet around animals - how big would you like the sign - how many languages would you like these written instructions to be - perhaps you would like an interpreter there - a very capable chap if he can talk every languge and dialect in the world or perhaps it's just the chinese tourists you would like this preferential treatment for . Nobody should need telling to keep the volume down around animals it's just common sense .As for your suggestion that I should go to the HorseGuards to inform the tourists how to behave - it would be rather difficult as I live 250 miles ( would you prefer that in Kilometres) away and it would be quite expensive and time consuming for me .
These Asian groups are obnoxiously loud and annoying. I love watching females approach the horse, mainly younger girls, thinking they're horse whisperers, only to be thwarted by a horse that wants nothing to do with them!! This guard did soooooo much better than I would have, having to deal with these tourists that treat them like they are there for their amusement! People kept pushing further and further into the box, which is the personal space for the horse and guard, and the guard rightfully yelled!! *Well done to this guard!!*

It's not Asians in general. I've seen the most respectful Thais and Japanese here before. This behaviour seems to be the preserve of large groups of Chinese tourists. They are rapidly gaining an international reputation for being boorish and disrespectful visitors wherever they go.
Apart from the disrespect, arrogance, bad manners and ignorance is why do so many of the tourists go over to the horse when they clearly don't like it when the horse moves even slightly. if you don't want the horse to move next to you then don't go so close.
they are clearly friendly people, you just fail to communicate like a normal human being, if they cant speak english well they likely cant read "reins" nor is there any sign about standing close to a horse being prohibited, theres no lines theres no pictures like what do you expect, even the shouting is so fast and loud they likely cant even comprehend what hes saying.
The more the horse shakes his head.. even takes his head away…& tries to bite .. the more persistent they get to make sure they get their way.. no wonder extreme serious biting has happened.. then the next one moves in to have their arm taken off

@dbn52 As Sue has said they are the same breeding as HCav horses , Light Irish draft/thoroughbred cross . HCav go for the larger horses and all black , Kings Troop are from light to dark bay and black and smaller for the gun carriages . They do have a team of 6 blacks that are used at funerals .

Some of the tourist are polite they take their picture and they move on.
