- Can you imagine what the Earth looks like from 250 miles up? Well, now you don’t have to! International Space Station astronauts wearing small high-definition video cameras during recent spacewalks have delivered the evidence, and it’s gorgeous-have a look for yourself.
These scenes were captured during four spacewalks conducted between July 2020 and March 2021:

Wow! That has got to be amazing. I would imagine it would take at least a few minutes of being completely awestruck doing your first spacewalk before being able to do you work.
I watched the first landing on the moon and thought that one day I'd be up there. Regrettably age has taken over now but I still watch in awe at footage like this.
The moon landing was fake…
In our eyes we don't see ourselves on the Moon, but in our hearts we do.

Sorry to break it to ya NASA.. you guys seem a little behind if you are still considering 720p as HD. CZcams doesn't even consider 720p HD anymore. Notice the lack of a red HD gear icon. Been that way for awhile now. Nothing less than 1080p.

Exposure. Your eyes are very different from a camera lens.

Because speed is relative. It's why you don't feel like you're moving when you're in a plane. You're traveling super fast, yet you can still sit up and walk throughout the plane with no trouble.

Look at the Solar Panel-ish wing entering your screen on the lower left side at 1:28.
It appears to be Concave on it's right side.
At 1:30 it looks pretty Straight to me but from that moment on , it transforms back into Convex ,then Straight and finally it returns to being Concave.
Of course this happens not only to the Solar Panel but to all parts and is easiest to notice on the long parts.
Please notice the "curve" of the Earth also changes and is almost staightened out at 1:46.

Have a look at 1:30 and see the same curve on both the ISS and the Earth's surface.

Can you still imagine the shape of the Earth, now that it is clear that a straight line appears to be Concave , Straight or Convex due to the type of camera lens being used and the view angle ?

Why is there no stars in space when they are in outer space but when we are in earth we can see the stars?
Because of the exposure time for each frame. If the video was exposed for the stars, the Earth and ISS would have looked burned white, overexposed. The same reason you don't see stars in apollo moon surface footage.

The earths “curvature” lessens as the clip advances.
Nope, curvature of Earth depends on its position in the frame.
This is quite normal when wide angle lens is used. This can be observed on a wrench at 05:06, which is also "curved".
