Nursing Care Plans are already a necessity in a nursing student's requirement for school. I have made them before, but it was challenging and I found it hard to create. After watching the video, I feel more knowledgeable about the format of ADPIE and how to fill those columns with information and data. It's still a challenge to formulate a NCP, but with the help of this video, it will guide me throughout the whole process, lessening the difficulty a bit. I hope to create more efficient and effective NCPs in the future thanks to this video as a guidance.

Thank you so much for the video sir! It is indeed the primary responsibility of a nurse is to provide efficient patient care and this will be done smoothly if a nursing care plan is developed. Through the Nursing Care plan which are divided into different components ( Defining Characteristics, Nursing Diagnosis, Scientific Analysis, Goal of Care, Interventions and Rationale and Evaluation) this will support holistic care and develop care pathways that involved all the healthcare team. The Nursing care plan is a great help for us student nurses if we want to provide a individualized, evidence-based patient care.
As a nursing student, I find this video to be extremely educational, especially since we are currently completing our clinical rotation. It explains that a nurse's primary responsibility is to create a nursing care plan by jotting down the patient's needs and preferences as well as the nursing interventions planned to meet those needs.
