- RV FlexArmor(R) is a sprayed rv roof system that removes all caulking joints and cannot be punctured. It replaces EPDM, TPO, rolled on coatings like liquid rubber roof, vinyl and filon or fiberglass. It comes with a liftetime no leak guarantee. It is the ultimate rv roof alternative.

Can you spray this direct to deck?
how much more weight is added to the roof with the application compared to standard roofing??
It is about the same. On a forty foot rv our roof weighs about 150 pounds.
We tied Grandma to the roof of our RV when she passed. We wanted her to be a part of our family vacations for years to come.
A couple of questions:
1.) Will Grandma pose a problem for your process?
2.) What would you charge to encapsulate Grandma with your roofing system. (The buzzards have begun picking at her, and we need a more substantial covering than the Walmart shopping bag that we're currently using.)
Thanks in advance for your prompt response. 🤓
Where can I get it and how much? Can I do it or do I need to have a shop do it?
would it work on a houseboat upper deck for walking on?

Do you also spray the slide roof?
Not usually. The product is thick and can effect the sliding action of the slide.
What happens when I need to replace a vent?
rts If something needs to be replaced the coating can be cut through, the component replaced and then that area be resprayed,. The product bonds back to itself so your roof would remain seamless.
@@rvroofflexarmor9117 I would assume that's extra cost or included in lifetime?
@@rvroofflexarmor9117 If I have to replace something on the roof and the coating is cut to remove, do I have to bring it back to you, to be recoated?
Why isn’t this standard on all but the cheapest units?
We visited a manufacturer a few years ago and they wanted to be able to put the roofs on in 15 minutes or less, like it is currently done on the assembly lines. This process does not covert well to assembly line type applications. Recently, New Horizon 5th wheels builder has signed up and will be offering it on those units.
👍👍💯💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
BTW I am located in Yakima, WA.
What is the cost ?
LOL. That's the question they usually don't answer.
$195 linear foot

@@sjmacfly ..Hmmm. So for me that would be $8600 (2 yrs ago). Can you spray this on a Filon Fiberglass Roof?
The stupid mfg factories should do this from the start.
I agree !!! You pay $60,000 for an RV you don't expect a pine cone to be able to cause a water intrusion but that's the reality of it.
@@bryanking7952 ....yeah but then 1. you wouldn't come back, because you wouldn't have to. 2. there would be no need for a warranty work and they would have Less Warranty work to go around. 3. if you make the perfect product that takes jobs away from from the working class and the blue collar workers.
@@FunDuude 1 I might come back when I'm ready to trade. 2 There are plenty of things that fail on a camper besides the roof that is not so costly and un noticeable until it's too late. 3 If you make a good product, you can charge a good price and be proud to put your name on it like Airstream. You wouldn't want a spray can paint job on a $60,000 car. JUST SAYIN !!!
@@bryanking7952 LOL. I hear ya man. You might as well call your listed points, 4, 5 and 6.
Ball park cost please...
$4-6K
@@nortavon Thanks for your reply to William. What size was your RV? Thanks.

you did not answer the question you proposed: What is flex armor, is it rubber, urethane, butyl or some combination? you used stupid marketing tricks without real information. How about a little truthful facts about the product?
Sorry, I just saw this. We have a more technical explanation on our website, RVRoof.com. I have plenty of facts on the website. Our product is a pure polyurea we developed with a chemist in 2005. It is an a and b chemical that forms the the material when it mixes as it is sprayed. This particular formula is able to bond to any substrate, stays flexible in any weather conditions and is tough enough to protect your rv from things like low hanging branches and hail.
@@rvroofflexarmor9117 much better answer. Now that I know what it is, I can consider putting it on our RV.
