Под давлением не стоит нагружать пружину,лучше сбросить давление

Apeks qualified here; Good video, however you should never, ever adjust the 1st stage under pressure. Best practice is depressurise then adjust, then repressurise, and check pressure. Repeat if necessary. If anything goes wrong, >200bar is a serious issue.
Also, 9bar may also be a bit on the low side. Mines are set at 9.4bar, using a digital pressure gauge.
Also, your pressure gauge was reading only 8bar after you buttoned it up...
Sorry, pedant here but well meaning....

New Subscriber here, some really good content you have. I took my class, rebuilt some Regs, then2 years later I Forgot the tuning Procedures. Would love to see a tuning Video on 2nd Stages. I remember being told to use a 500-psi tank, just do not remember if it was on first stage, 2nd or both. I am thinking First.

Hello, thank you for watching and for your comments. Yes, I plan to also post videos on disassembly, reassembly and testing/tuning of the second stage. Stay tuned :). As to your question on tank pressure while testing, a good practice is to test the 1st stage and 2nd stage on both 3000 psi (207 bar) and 500 psi (34 bar). Modern regulators today are designed to be “balanced” and some are even over balanced to deliver the same flow at all “usable” tank pressures. By testing on 3000 and 500 psi, you’ll spot any issues. The IP reading of the first stage should maintain its setting on either 3000 and 500 psi.
