This is not an approved repair.
Whatever manufacturer that TPO membrane roof is they just voided the warranty.
You can not install coatings to flash in pipes
You would heat weld a $30. TPO pipe boot on here that would last 30 years. Do you really think something similar to a paint will last 30 years in the weather?
I bet you dont make it 12 months.

Why cut the.cloth in half? Just cut.out the circle, less.laps to seal, what's wrong with you!! That's not roofing dude
