Flash it in with a pre molded TPO pipe boot or field wrap it with TPO membrane and flashing. No tpo roof manufacturer Warranties a coating being used to flash in a pipe. You just voided any and all Warranties on that roof you did that repair on.

I got an idea. Remove the $5. Pipe boot and install a new one. Yeah coating will "fix" it for a few months but this is not a long term fix and no roof manufacturer is going to honor that on the warranty. So you just voided the warranty on the entire building. Plus you made a mess. In a few months when it leaks again you options are put more goop coating on it. Rather then do it rite and replace the boot.

This is not an approved repair. Whatever manufacturer that TPO membrane roof is they just voided the warranty. You can not install coatings to flash in pipes You would heat weld a $30. TPO pipe boot on here that would last 30 years. Do you really think something similar to a paint will last 30 years in the weather? I bet you dont make it 12 months. I been doing roofing for 18 years

Do you folks honor your "Lifetime warranty"? The reason I ask is because I used a competitor's product 2 years ago that also had a "Lifetime warranty" (Henry Tropicool) and it failed, developing holes and pinholes in just 2 years and Henry refused to replace the defective product. So naturally, I'm skeptical about these so-called "warranties". I have to re coat my entire roof now because Henry's product is failing and I'm considering your product, in the hopes that it might actually last.
