Alright, let’s face it. Hiruzen isn’t the only one who dropped the ball here. Naruto is just one massive can of shirked responsibility to these folks. Bros done my boy Naruto dirty. Jiraiya also is among the few that really failed to deliver. I mean, better late than never, but he seemed to forget that one time when Minato said “I’m naming my baby after your character and also you’re the godfather now.” I mean, Jiraiya had his reasons. Plenty of reasonable doubt. Perhaps he didn’t know Naruto survived? Maybe he was busy looking for Minato’s murderers. Maybe he just didn’t believe he had it in him to play a father. There are a lot of things with Jiraiya that could explain this. I mean, he had basically already raised three children, with his teachings leading them to what he perceived to be their deaths. All because he believed Nagato to be the child of prophecy. Honestly, they should never have told Jiraiya, because the point of a prophecy is that it comes true whether you do anything about it or not, and in trying to make it happen, you might have unintended side effects, like… I dunno… making a Pain obsessed genocidal maniac who thinks peace through conquest is the only viable option? Regardless of this, Jiraiya and Naruto might as well be nephew and uncle. They’re basically the same person, just in different packaging. Yes, Naruto requires some responsibility to raise, but in the end, Naruto turned out about the same as he would had if Jiraiya had raised him. And if he had, things might have been a little different. Perhaps for the better. So for now, let’s just peek in on a world in which Naruto was raised by Jiraiya.

I agree that the toad never should've told Jirayia about his prophecy. It placed the burden of expectations on him and had a huge butterfly effect.

It would've been heartwarming given the type of bond they'd establish. Naruto having such a father figure on an official basis would definitely set him on a more coherent path. Jiraiya despite his eccentricities was a sound sage.

Well I think naruto already a prodigy but since nobody helped foster his growth until he was 12 he fell behind.
@@DavidAmadin-mh6ju he wasn't, he just worked really hard to become that powerful, sure he was the reincarnation of ninja Jesus but he wasn't THAT powerful, atleast not until the Sasuke retrieval arc happened I felt l like he wasn't that special compared to anyone else and he got by because he never gave up and worked harder than everyone else because he had a dream
@Nicholas Augello here's the thing every prodigious ninja trains very hard. Sasuke trained hard, Gaara trained hard and Kakashi trained hard the fact that naruto was able to grow some much despite his age. Naruto proved to be a prodigy by mastering the rasengan in the short time he did even through he was told it would take years

It really brings the question. If given the opportunity, who would be the most effective or overall best sensei for Naruto. I mention it in another video, but I think if Iruka was allowed, he probably would be a great one for Naruto specifically. If anything, he would be the one person that would know best how to properly weaponize Naruto's prankster side into something that can be applied to his ninja career.
Yes but he's weak in the first episode naruto surpassed him since he summoned hundreds of clones to beat him and he would surely beta iruka too

3. What if Madara created a new village.
4. What if Kakashi adopted Saskue
5. What if Hiruzen survived the chunin exams
6. What if Obito was saved by Minato (Kakashi still gets the Sharingan though)
Number 6 is lame if Kakashi keeps the Sharingan but very interesting ideas you have.

I think the most frustrating thing about the Naruto series was learning how GOD LEVEL OP Naruto could be and then thinking back to when they made him live alone as an orphan (despite at least at one point having a functional orphanage) and letting him subsist from microwave ramen and spoiled milk.
3rd could have let ebisu tutor him with basics(tree/water walking, clone jutsu) even before graduation but 3rd being a bitch did nothing.
Hell he could have let Naruto be trained by Asuma for some basic wind jutus to keep up with others (after all all age grp students of Naruto are being trained in their own special clan techniques so why keep him lagging behind).
This dude puts in so much work in these videos, he is so underrated!!!

I can speak from firsthand experience that everyone on earth has the capacity to instinctually raise the next generation. My ex roommate insisted that a baby in her life would not change her core personality of being the life of any party. This is not to say she neglected little Kai Kai. However i did often find myself with the newborn in my care. After only a few days I grew so attached to him that I’d happily go to federal prison on murder charges if anyone so much as sneezed in his direction without covering their mouth.
At this point, the Amagi is never gonna do a genuine "What if Hiruzen Adopted Naruto" what if. XD

Jiraya would probably stop certain things to take care of Naruto. There would be a chance that he helped Naruto beat Pain Together side by side, imagine how cool that would be. Then maybe there was a chance he wouldn’t have died or maybe he’d be killed by Naruto (nine-tails) Then Naruto might have became evil or ended his misery
from training sage mode with naruto he would want to master it getting better sensory abilities which would allow jiraiya to survive

i think jiraya would rather teach him elemental jutsus and maybe the flying raijin instead of sage mode before naruto even reached genin, instead let naruto learn flying raijin and let him get it by the land of waves, teach him elemental ninjutsus as he was missing dat in the original and teach him sage mode during the timeskip. pls use more elemental ninjutsus in ur future vids as they will be intresting to see naruto use them
