Why didn’t Jiraiya bring Nagato, Konan, and Yahiko back to Konoha with him? I have a lot of respect for Jiraiya. He did indeed take care of a group of three orphans for the course of several years. He still couldn’t hang around for Naruto though. I mean, Konoha really just dropped the ball on Naruto. But part of me simply wants to say that he didn’t know about Naruto, or thought that maybe he was being taken care of, I dunno. But that’s not the point. The point is, Jiraiya’s not above raising kids. But my question is why he didn’t train them anywhere else. I understand that Amegakure was their home, and I further understand that their dreams were centered around Amegakure. To be peacekeepers and to be like Hanzo, which I’m sure made Jiriaya cringe. A lot. But what if he had just decided to bring them back to Konoha with him? Surely if he had, something might have changed? Or perhaps they would have remained undeterred. After all, Nagato, Konan, and Yahiko were originally driven by what we call “Holy Fire”. Their dreams weren’t just pushed forward by one’s own desire, but because they were what was good, and they felt obligated to do what was good. So in the end, there is no change to the fact that they would want to bring peace. But perhaps, what would change is their fall. After all, in Konoha, they would be able to meet a bunch of people that would eventually cause a lot of change in their lives, as well as the world, and I’m interested to see how this will change things. So buckle up, buttercup, and look upon another of the Amagi’s Infinite Tsukuyomi Worlds.

What if naruto had the ten shadows. But I think the rules need to change like when a shikigami dies it's not permanent. Maybe they should be similar how the tailed beasts revive themselves after they died, but for that to happen is by naruto's curse energy.

What if minato and kushina survived but the uchiha massacre still happens.
Hiruzen will stay as the third hokage. But this is how I think should happen: obito will only get half of the nine tails because of the new seal Hiruzen and elders place into kushina (for her survival because they don't want to loose another uzumaki) in case an enemy will try to extract her tailed beast. That doesn't matter for Obito because he knew this would happen, because he already commanded Tobi (zetsu) to take over an uchiha clan member that posses the MS he can use a susanoo armor for the nine tails (well 1/2 of kurama), so they can have enough fire power to destroy konoha much as possible.
Everything goes as the original story happens but minato will have to seal the other half to naruto (or kushina if you guys think it's more reasonable) but with kushina's help the other half of the nine tails is sealed away.
Then here is the meeting goes as original story happened, minato and kushina try to protest about the uchiha moving to the outskirts of village and tell Hiruzen they will never do such a thing, but hiruzen and elders tell them their reasoning because of the sight of kyuubi was covered by susanoo armor which only a uchiha can do that and there is no evidence for a non uchiha use a susanoo.
What do you guys think?
Then, it will be an opportunity for Minato to become a hokage.

Mr. Amagi you should try combining some of the what ifs u have done in the past to create completely new ones. For example what if naruto had all 5 chakra nature's and befriended Kurama as a child. It would be awesome
What if naruto is the reincarnation of ishikki.
Think of it as a redux version of that what if naruto had his dojutsu, it would be interesting to see how interact with the other otsustukis.

1) Will the Origin of Chakra and Ethernano (Magic) start off with Kaguya Ōtsutsuki coming to Earthland and becoming the first wielder of Chakra and Ethernano on Earthland?
2) Will Kaguya’s Last name be Yakuma or Ōtsutsuki in this What if Story?
3) After Hagoromo and Hamura defeat Kaguya and the Ten Tails, will Hagoromo create the Eighteen Battle Gods of Yakuma, which includes not only Yagd Rigola and Ikusa-Tsunagi, but also the Nine tailed Beasts: Shukaku, Matatabi, Isobu, Son Goku, Kokuo, Saiken, Chomei, Gyuki and Kurama?
4) Will the Story of Indra and Asura in this What if Story be the same as in the Original Naruto Timeline?

I would imagine if naruto travels through different multiverse and encounters and meet up his friends from different timelines. I wanna see hokage obito, sasuke uzumaki, sakura hyuga, hinata uchiha, menma(a.k.a rock lee), jiraiya who had survived from pain's attack, asuma who survived from hidan's cursed jutsu but it was shikamaru who died, naruto uchiha(grandson of madara), sasuke hyuga, akatsuki neji, cloud ninja hinata and sand village naruto(5th kazekage)
It just need to be finished. Im sure not only i wants to see how this story be ended in times of Boruto

Slight mistake in aging of characters when jiraiya found them orphans they were 5 approx and when nagato died he was 35 which would make him 19 when Naruto was born and kushina was 24 when Naruto was born so kushina is technically only 5 yrs older than nagato and if nagato was older than 5 then it would make their age gap non existent

She then wanted to become more of a mother figure if not then a grandmother towards Naruto. She then helped Naruto learn more jutsu’s and gain more control over his bloodline that stems from Asura, and Hagoromo. When the other Ōtsutsuki members came she was there to help and Naruto was obviously more prepared for them.
