In my childhood we called it “звёздочка”, and it was my grandmother, who made me smell it whenever I had a cold. It is so powerful I swear I can smell it right now through the screen. Thank you for the relaxation and bringing back some oddly specific childhood memories.

As a Russian, I know this star-menthol thing very well. My father in the USSR used this, and I used this when I was sick. Very, very powerful thing for your breathing.

hey hey! Another great video. I really like how methodical everything you do is. If I was going to give any criticism, I would share that I don't care for drinking/slurping sounds. It's rare to find people who like that. Maybe something to consider. :)
I don't like drinking or eating sounds either, but seems to me that quite a few people in the ASMR community do. Why would the creators otherwise keep putting it in their videos? Surely they want to soothe us and not irritate us so I'm assuming that these sounds we find very annoying are actually requested by some people.

At first I thought you were using tiger balm, and after googling it, tiger balm and the gold star balm are essentially the same exact thing, and it really does work, and works way better than Vicks Vaporub
