The benefit of doing a lot of these is he is really perfecting the approach. I think I’ve even seen other ASMRtists starting to copy a few things he does lately.

I don't want to be dramatic or anything but the ear to ear close up whispering in this video is the first thing to give me tingles in like 2 years (out of my 4 of watching ASMR almost every night). So my conclusion is that you're a wizard

@littlesasa23 Hey, a little late but if you want a tip to stop that you should change to ambient sounds (rain, snow, wind, or whatever else you like) then after a couple months switch to white noise. After a month or so of white noise, you shouldn't need ASMR to sleep anymore. It worked for me and hope it works for you!
I tried ambient sounds but they don't work as well for me :( I kinda need someone speaking in the background and the pauses between sentences etc etc... But thanks for the tip!@@Ladratiburon07
