- When we visited IAA Salvage Auction in Los Angeles not only did we find this totaled MKIV Toyota Supra, we ran into the whole Fast & Furious car collection, well, sort of...
From wrecked Supras, to not so wrecked Dodge TRX's & Challengers, to Corvettes and even the drift king's 370z (I think) this salvage auction lot has it all! Some of these cars would make for an easy salvage rebuild, some others are WAY past rebuilding...

Anything is rebuildable as long as you want to spend the $$. I don't know if Toyota still has new body panels and rocker panel, A pillars etc. Otherwise, used parts.
Give that Supra to PrizzaMike, he can straighten it out. Look at what he did to his 240
Mike's 240 was at least hit on only one side not both sides and the 240 parts are much easier to find than Supra parts nowadays.

That supra was on the Turo app, that's unfortunate it's wrecked. I still have videos and photos of it when it was clean when I rented it 😭
If that Sunbird was a 2 door I'd be a buyer. My buddy had one in 92 and it was a tank. Plus they have the ejection seat ebrake handle which makes snow driving a blast.

The 2dr is also a good compact derby car. I always liked the sunbird over the cavalier for some reason. I haven't seen one on the road in years.
I had a white 4 Door 1993 Sunbird LE in college. I loved that little car. And yes, the emergency brake made me feel like I was in a space ship every time I set it.

I remember when I bought a white 1995 NA 5 Speed Targa Top Supra from Toyota in 2008 for $10k with 1 previous owner. Still have the bill of sale too. They had a green TT 6 Speed there at Toyota for $36k, I couldn't afford thst at the time being in college so I bought the NA 5 Speed for $10k

The stripe on the steering wheel it to designate top dead center when constantly turning the wheel at a track or when drifting but mainly for track focused driving
the red stripe on the Z steering wheel is to indicate 12 o'clock, or steering wheel is straight. Racers use that as a guide.

@@brittoschristozachariah7280 Its WORTH nothing. sure you can build even a honda engine, but it doesnt make it worth anything. in my country you can pick up a turbo aristo with a 2jz-gte for like 4 grand.

The VVTI bottom end is weak so you can just throw a GTE head on that engine without piston and rod replacement.
theres a r33/r32 here in seattle that someone has under a shed with grass growing around it and dust all over...so sad but i bet in good shape as far as guts
that is a challenger not a charger which is what dom drove in the fast and the furious way to new as well
I hope you guys know, any yard you go to that has a sunbird, you have to review it now. You did this to yourselves, also look for Aztecs, the look like bigger jukes if you e never seen one before.

Cannot get all the Supra dash panels, Toyota never did start remaking them. Lots of stuff discontinued now that goes for big dollars, HVAC controls are like $1k+ alone. 97-98 cluster is unique too.

Damn. How much are the Supras worth? My friend has a 1998 Toyota Supra Turbo. It looks like your average 20 year old car. Old and worn out. It has a few dents on the drivers fender and door, the clear coat is starting to fall off the roof, the headlights are dark yellow, and one of the Toyota center caps are missing. It also has 280,000 miles on it. Really fun to drive just drinks a lot of oil
Unreachable dream is MK4 for me, im so glad when people save them!:) (Just do not make them a roofless f&f trashylike one:D)

Nah those s2k seats are oem. 08 s2k seats came in red stitching.
You are correct, the 08+seats did have red stitch. But those are redone, as the stitching that is on the "shoulders" is not double stitched like the headrest area is. OEM has double stitching, not single stitching like these covers.
Did not know it was even an option until now. Pretty cool. 👍

@@LeeC yep it was a two door i think it was a gt flip up headlights and a five speed it was a cool car. but it blew headgasket and the second time it blew it warped the head and we got rid of it and bought a berretta five speed and that was a cool car too till my mom hit a deer with it and the rest is history

anything is rebuildable it depends on is if it's worth it. How much money would it take. someone out there could rebuild it.

Mike put in that work and money due to sentimental value. This sort of damage really can’t be economically repaired unfortunately.
@@anusername8350 economically? Of course not but nothings not rebuildable if you want it enough. It all depends on whether you are willing to put the money and time in
@@spoolysnail32 also prizza threw in a cage, the car isnt obviously going to be as crash-secure as from the factory. sure you could cage this thing and drift it to a wall but its not really worth doing.

That Supra was probably in that junk yard since the early 2000's there's no way someone would recently scrap an MK4 these cars are worth a lot of money. Even if it's just a parts car, the OEM interior trim pieces alone is worth a lot of money.
theres no rust. its a fresh scrap. also its a NA so who cares.
@@kanggoo57 That chassis before it was totaled, is worth more then an MK4 with a removable roof. Plus you can swap a 2JZ-GTE in the bay.
@@static_Tricolor_camry doesnt really matter what you have under the hood, if its a non turbo with a turbo conversion its not worth as much.
@@kanggoo57 I don't think you're old enough to drive or know anything about cars. A Non-turbo MK4 is the same chassis as a turbo MK4 Supra, the dealership options back then would be different. base model to mid trim levels to the highest trims. A hard top Supra is worth more then a removable top Supra, cause it's more rare regardless of engines. If someone swaps a 2JZ-GTE into a Non-Turbo Supra chassis it becomes a Turbo Supra.
@@static_Tricolor_camry says the bruh with a camry. I know theyre the same chassis, but theyre not the same VIN, hence the price difference. the vin makes the car price, not what it has under the hood. a original turbo non targa is worth a lot. a converted car isnt.
