What do the Card Stats Mean:
TAC - Tactics ATT - Attacking
LEA - Leadership DEF - Defending
WOR - Work Rate POS - Possession
Tactics: How good a Manager is tactical wise & how good he can implement on his opponents
Leadership: How accepted he is in the locker room, how good he can keep or motivate a team when they are down and how loved he is by the players
Work: How successful the Manager was & is with his work, how good he is when it comes to winning big games
Attacking: How successful a Manager is when it comes to his offensive playstyle & in general, how offensive a manager lets his team play
Defending: How successful a Manager is when it comes to his defensive playstyle & in general, how defensive a manager lets his team play
Possession: How Possession based a manager lets his team play & how much possession they have!
