I can't keep track of how may times I have played this video. When I am down it lifts me up. Thanks Fountainhead choral and orchestra and your leaders. The female soloist and the male quartet not only had beautiful voices, they sang with meaning and compassion.
No songs can replace the original hymns written in their original form. Both edifying and calming the soul and spirit.
Disagree. Chris Tomlin has done an amazing job of revitalizing some of the old hymns which had out grown their time. Every generation is accountable to renew their sense of worship.
@@PaulWalker-zk2dd I agree to disagree. Though Mr Tomlin does wonderful things to the hymns, yet the hymns, themselves stand alone in their majestic beauty! Just like the stone monuments of the ancient past, these songs are a testament to an art form that is long forgotten.

Beautiful male voices, for a beautiful hymn. When I survey the wondrous cross on which the Prince of glory died. My richest gain I count but loss and pour contempt on all my pride. Have mercy on us, Lord, forgive us and help us I pray. Your love is so amazing so Divine.
I hope that everyone that listens to this beautiful song is encouraged and edified in their soul.
