Why is there an XML code for Android Views when you're talking about Kotlin? That's a completely different language, that is only used (in case of an Android) to create resources such as Layouts, Drawables and other stuff. It would be better to show Jetpack Compose code, it's a UI Toolkit where Kotlin really shines
As long as any programming language meets your requirement nobody cares. You don't have to be great in C++ in order to become a great frontend developer for instance. I'm a full stack dev with expertise in C++ , ROR, next.js still i see many junior engineers writing great solutions better than me in both frontend and backend who have never touched c++. Be the best in your domain. Do what you love, don't push yourself because someone else is great at something you aren't at.

Most languages are either adapted or based from C like python
python is written using C, not "based". C and python have completely different syntax and one is interpreted while the other needs to be compiled.
