I love how in the in the poll Bero is surprised that Bishop is such a hard defender the proceeds to make a video showing how you can’t use 99% of the cast against him
This is a great guide, but he’s more of a pain when all his dmg is scaled up and paired with annoying AW nodes. If you’d be willing, I think a lot of viewers would like a guide to countering Bishop in AW
Another good options can be punisher 2099,wait until u reach overdrive and them fight, bishop will not fill a power bar,add Mr F prefight and bishop gets no power through out the fight Darkhawk- tech and if u can reach,the sp2,he can also work well,Mr F's prefight along with tech collar really help a lot
During the first war of this season he was placed on path 7 which has spite on it. My officer asked me to use warlock's heavy attacks to inflict bleed and to keep his prowesses in check. That fight went pretty well.

You missed the absolute best option in the game! Punisher 2099 I use almost exclusively in war and we assign him to bishop minis in war too. I got amr3 punisher 2099 and 3/5 collar tech I can take out war mini bishops or even a boss one before they reach a s1. No prowess gain no specials… no fuss.

You forgot one Punisher 2099 The man stops him from throwing any special in the first place and will kill him before he even gains a bar of power No bleed shock or incinerate Don't have to deal with steady release or his unblockable specials I always use p99 for bishops (You do want collar tech tho)
The challenge is in v6 - the variant 5 one just has strike back. I used Starky for him personally. The v6 one is waaay tougher - unless you use Ghost w/ Hood.

Just get infamous iron man… no prowess .. all prowess converted to energy vulnerabilities. Plus iron doom incernate immune. He is the best option right now for bishop, even better than nimrod
@@BeroMan I tried ghost (without the synergie) but he always get to sp3 before I got to my sp 2 and I don't have any power control champ that don't infect energy damage
I used cgr for that one. Got to sp2 quick due to power gain then he is power locked for a bit. Then just hit it into him and he dies before reaching sp3

Howard the Duck paired with Gambit or bishop himself grants HTD ability to steal the prowesses...
Hey bero another great counter is Howard the Suck but you need to use the bishop synergy. I would bring in my 6* r1 and 1 shot the aq mini bishops

Dr. Voodoo’s special 2 power control works against Bishop.
Good video.Sometimes Bishop will throw a S1 even if I am blocking. It makes him very annoying.
