I advise anyone to get better in sales. The baseline improves your ability to have conversations and deal with difficult task. I appreciate Elliot and Elliot Group because these are messages we all need to hear.

@@cundition1787 1st full month in luxury. 15.5 $20k. 2nd month $9k MTD as of Feb 20th so far. This car business is easy after doing 100 hours of studying and being obsessed. As everyone knows it’s a down time right now and only my 2nd full month at a dealership. But it’s hard for everyone else who’s just showing up thinking they will sell off the companies leads. That’s trash

Andy is 100% right; it’s unfortunate you need to hit rock bottom to bounce your fuckin head off of before most people decide to change.

Customers reject your pitch for a reason. It's either a mismatch (wrong product, unclear value) or a missed connection (pushy, unclear, ignoring concerns). Fix the mismatch by tailoring your offer and clarifying your value. Bridge the connection with genuine conversation, active listening, and addressing objections head-on. Remember, "No" is feedback, not failure. Learn, adapt, and build trust for future "Yeses"

When it comes to sales some people got it and some people don’t. It’s really that simple. I don’t think it can be taught. It’s a passion within and an ability to relate to people and be likable.
