- This video is spoiler-free :) Riley Sager is a very popular thriller author on booktube, and I think his books are most well-known for being very hit-or-miss!
Now that I've read Riley Sager's entire backlist (including his newest release, The House Across the Lake) I thought it would be fun to film this video to review and rank all of his books!

I’m reading The Last Time I Lied and I’m listening to Survive The Night currently, I’m super excited to read the rest of Riley Sager’s books! I have Final Girls & Lock Every Door on my TBR for next month :)

@@GriffReads I finished both, I liked TLTIL way more than STN, but that could’ve been because the audiobook for STN was just terrible! I just started Lock Every Door tonight. ☺️
I have got to read them lol. I’ve got them all on BOTM. Home before dark is the only one I read and started last time I lied. I gave HBD 3.5 stars… can’t wait to see how I like the rest. They all sound good

The only one I have one my TBR is Final Girls. The concept of Final Girls is intriguing!
Yeah I'd really like to read The Final Girl Support Group by Grady Hendrix as I know it has a similar concept and it'd be interesting to compare!
Love this now i have a good idea where to pick now do i start with the best and then going down or the reverse xD?
😂 You could start with the worst and know that it'll probably get better... or read the best and don't bother with the rest 😅
Seems like our tastes are similar! I would rank the first two just like you, but would put 'Survive The Night' at 5. (even though I also rated it 3.5 and enjoyed the same things you did), 'The Last Time I Lied' at 4., and 'Final Girls' at 3. I have read all of his books in the same year they have released, so Final Girls was my first and I had really enjoyed it. Didn't like his latest one, which I finished today, AT ALL though.
Lock Every Door and Home Before Dark are the two that appeal to me the most so maybe I should just read those two hahahaha!
Those are the ones I'd probably recommend starting with as they're his most popular so if you hate them then you're unlikely to like the rest 😅
Lock Every Door and Home Before Dark I read a year or so. Loved it. Then read many of his books. Wasn't a fan of House Across the Lake. He has a new one that I will read when it comes out.
The ending of THATL.. what was that?! I mean actually what was that plot twist??? I was so angry I almost threw my kindle at the wall haha
Final girls was my fave
I very recently did a similar video. We have different opinions on the ranking but it's always to see what other people think.
