    My dearest friend, The Lady with Fairy Hands.
    You made us very happy when you uploaded the "Minn Bwi" video. Minn Bwi forms an integral part of the "patrimoine culinaire de l'île Maurice".
    Before the SARS-CoV-2 pademic, Festival Minn Bwi was becoming popular, the Minn Bwi recipe was revisited. Other side dishes were added to accompany this recipe.
    Unfortunately due to sanitary lockdown and physical distancing, the festival is not celebrated as it used to be.
    We should be thankful to you if you could do a series of side dishes to accompany our Minn Bwi; be it with meat, poultry, fish, octopus, crab and so on. When ever you cook the side dish, if you can prepare both the curry and bouillon with the same ingredients and/or scrap meat, it would be great in a series for instance:
    Kari pul ek buyon pul (Bouillon made with scrap whole chicken);
    Kari lavyann ek buyon kott;
    Kari pwason ek buyon latet pwason;
    Kari orit;
    Kari masala somon;
    Lefwa mouton;
    Satini sevrett;
    Minn ranverse
    I hope that my suggestion would be taken into kind consideration.
    Prayers for you,
    Real Mortician

      @@zestymu6331 final question, how much water you used to boil, 1 litre? And how much fish sauce in it, 2 tablespoons?

    • @zestymu6331
      @zestymu6331  Před 3 lety

      Amount of water doesn't really matters since it will be used for boiling the noodles only. The fish sauce added in the water is mainly for the flavour. Depending on the quantity of noodles and your water level, you can adjust the fish sauce. If you are doing as per this recipe measurements, then use 2 TBSP of fish sauce, considering that your large pot is 3/4 full.
