Technically the Japanese pronunciation of Flandre is フランドール (Furandōru) which is closer to Flander than Flandre. However I don’t think that’s what the were intending considering they were mispronouncing a lot of names.

Paprika = Paprika (this is the powder used as spice for stuff)
Chili = Chili || Pepperoni
Pepperoni = Salami
Salami = Salami
For example, a German pepperoni pizza is a salami pizza with chilis on top. If you want American-style pepperoni pizza, you'd have to order something like a salami pizza (spicy).
