Try it my way. But you need a serious prybar and good aim with a hammer. Be cautious if your parts are aluminum, consider a brass hammer in that case or the really proper way to do it is a puller.
@@paulkelley86I did try it your way, but I couldn't find a good leverage point with my fork. I got fed up and got the 10lb sledge out. Took one tiny dink and it popped off lol. I had hit it hundreds of times with a mallet. Didn't want to damage the knuckle but luckily the tiny dink didn't do anything besides pop the tie rod end out.
Not gonna lie, I didn't think this would work but it did 🤣
