Michelle Heaton: Celebrating a Year Of Sobriety Shares Emotional Letter Husband Wrote | Loose Women

Michelle is best known for being in noughties band Liberty X, who rose to fame in the 2001 series ‘Popstars: The Rivals’. The group enjoyed seven top 10 singles and won two Brit Awards. In more recent years Michelle has battled with her health, and joined us on Loose in October 2018 to discuss coming to terms with the early menopause after having a hysterectomy (2012) and a double mastectomy (2015) in order to reduce her high risk of cancer due to having the BRCA 2 gene. Today, Michelle joins us exclusively, one week after her one-year sober anniversary, to discuss her journey to sobriety and how her alcohol addiction impacted her family.
