How do you check for different launch.ini things? (I'm new to modding lol) I'm trying to save the following: xbdm, RebellionLive, Destruction v1 (mod menu for a cod game, idk which one lol), destruction (another mod menu i think), and JRPC2. none save
EDIT: now when i turn on the console it chimes, plays the boot animation and shuts off and turns on again, boot animation, off. I'm assuming one of the plugins are causing the issue, or the wiring is screwed up somehow
Great videos man. Any chance you’re going to do a video on downloading games as well? I got an RGH online and am still having trouble downloading games from online.
I can look into this! I personally use a server that has an MSP spoof do purchase and download games. With free games, I have no issue. However, as I said, I’ll look into it and may create a video!
When I finish installing tethered and restart xbox it asks me to update the system otherwise I will not be able to connect to xbox live, can I do that without being banned, I am worried that I will be re-banned please reply
I apologize for the delay but it may just be an avatar update ‘if’ your JTAG/RGH system is on the latest dashboard 2.0.17599
You can check this by going to the dashboard > Settings > System Settings, something like that. If it is, it should be safe to do so as it may be an avatar update. Which XeBuild does not provide. The avatar update is safe to download even when not using a stealth server. But with a stealth server (Like Tethered), it’s more than safe.
If your console is not on the latest dashboard, disconnect it from the internet completely in the network settings and update your dashboard using a PC & XeBuild

i formated my usb flash drive and transfered the files on it on my pc but when i open it on my xbox its completely empty. What is my problem? thx
Hey man! What application are you using when trying to view the files? XeX Menu?
@@fullstackzay in the xbox settings in storage when looking at my usb to tranfert the files to hdd, the usb is empty but when i look on my pc the files are in there

How so exactly? Like when you’re in the dashlaunch app, and in the file browser menu, are the folders not showing the plugins (.xex files)?

I’ve used xbdm and it isn’t staying on the plug ins it doesn’t save
Double check your launch.ini files. Also, if you have multiple launch.ini files stored between different storage devices, that too can cause your Jtag/RGH to boot incorrectly or with missing plugins.

@@fullstackzay The console cannot connect to the internet in any way, if I put these plugins, the console stops automatically
@@fasolaru8674 double check each of the enable/disable settings in dashlaunch to see what they say. Or you can edit these in the launch.ini file in a regular text editor like Microsoft Notepad. You’ll set the value as true or false. The launch.ini file should be on the root of your internal or external hard drive. Don’t have one in both. It needs to be in or the other.
Note: The dashlaunch app has a description of each setting so I prefer to set my XBL settings in the app itself, not the launch file in a text editor.

Double check that you don’t have two launch.inis. What is your storage set up like?
