high soul level dark souls gameplay is always funny. over the course of a regular game all different playstyles diverge into different directions but eventually things start converging again. then you'll have fully armored knights with 2-handed strength weapons casting faith buffs on themselves before spamming spells... my ds1 char is nowhere near this level, only like 201 but it already plays like this.
That's a good idea. Some people also want that. But it usually takes me a little over 2 hours to finish one NG cycle. Any more than that and my bladder won't be able to hold on any longer.

I'm playing these DS games finally But am I the only one who gets chickenshit scared during the playthrough to the point of a racing heartbeat? Plus it's incredibly hard even when I've cheated with the unlimited Souls glitch. Obviously I'm a noob, smash smash smash kind of player, but is it still normal to get nightmares about a game and still wanting to play it so much? 😭😭😭
Idk i think its normal since these fight are hard, i know my heart raced when the bosses were hard to kill 💀. But i wouldn’t recommend cheating in this game unless you don’t have free time since thats the only way you get better 😂
@@nezkeys79 Yes and you can stack them with the sorcery that reduces fall damage + silver cat ring and you have an aura on your foot which can be stacked with the slumbering dragon ring and hush sorcery.

@@quacksouls also, another tip that you might find useful is that you can run through the two Undead Crypt Knights in the hall right before the room with the statues that you have to fall in. the knight to your right is slightly further ahead compared to the other one anyways, amazing challenge and run, ive been learning a lot from this video :) idk if you are into editing your videos but maybe adding some notes when using some glithc or strategy (i had to look up for the pharros mask + brightbug glitch)

@@mystereel Consuming a Brightbug would make your character glow like shown in the video. The Brightbug glitch only makes the effects of the Brightbug last so long as your character doesn't die or you don't warp to another area.

Edit: so I just did some quick maths and on your most recent video, the Pursuer gave you 88.4k souls. With the Tseldora set, it would’ve given you an extra 22.5% more which is 19,890 extra. If you do that 100 times (which I’m assuming you intend to do) you’ll gain an extra 1.9 million. And that’s just _one_ minor boss. You’re effectively throwing away millions of souls per run by not swapping. I’m not telling you what to do and I respect the grind but not equipping items that boost souls is crazy - *_especially_* since you’re already wearing the covetous serpent ring so you’re not opposed to the idea.

Any more than that and it would be difficult for me to swap in all soul boosting items, in time for the bonus souls. I do the max level run like once a day, unlike pro speedrunners who speedrun a few times a day. I also need to take into consideration inventory clutter. I want my inventory to contain mainly those items that boost my damage output. Again, minimization is key to my speedrun. Armour swapping is not essential. I got the fashion I want and don't want to mess with the current fashion.
