  • In "Squid Game" more than 400 people participate in series of deadly games in order to win a life changing sum of money. Even though the games have simple rules they are extremely difficult. In certain games everyone can survive, others only allow for some people to continue. In this video we'll look at which one of the 6 games you are most likely to survive.

The marble game episode was so tough to watch, you choose a partner you like or trust the most, and then it's you against them, especially the guy with his wife, it was so sad, for me the best episode of the series, but I think the cookie game was the easiest to win, at least if you played this game in your youth, you could remember the symbols, especially the umbrella, and then you would probably know which game this is and you choose the triangle, it's definitely the easiest symbol, but of course if you have no idea it's hard to tell!

Sang woo doesn’t tell the protagonist to go to a simpler shape as he doesn’t want him to survive. He knows they will eventually have to face off so its easier to fake not knowing and let him die.

Sang woos facial expression. Instant regret of letting him die, but going forward with it anyway.

There is no way that anyone should ever try to play this game normally because for everyone who has to guess more than 2 panels it is almost certain death. My analysis:
    1. Easy to beat if you don't get pushed by other people or get hit by a fight-or-flight response. You do need a gauge of distance and speed, however.
    2. Difficult especially if you pick a shape with many sharp edges. The cookie breaks easily. If you pick triangle or circle, then this is the easiest challenge.
    3. Depends strongly upon the strength of teammates, not that much on strategy. Without knowledge of the challenge in advance, the outcome is strongly situation-dependent.
    4. Strongly circumstantial. Depends on who you are playing against and what you play. If you pick something that you are good at that is not luck-based, then you have a great chance of winning.
    5. The hardest game to survive unless you go close to last. Firmly luck-based. Enough said.
    6. If you are stronger than your opponent or arm yourself, then this is the easiest game to beat.

Easiest to hardest in my opinion:
    1. Red Light, Green Light- Apart from being pushed by other players, there is very little danger of failing as long as you take your time and don't panic. You can even hide your movement if you stand behind other players.
    2. Honeycombs- Good odds if you pick triangle or circle, hard but doable if you pick a star, almost impossible if you pick an umbrella. Still a solid chance of success. The honeycombs do seem to crack pretty easily but you also have a lot of time to do it.
    3. Marbles- All depends on who you are facing and your ability to either outsmart or outplay them.
    4. Squid game- Similar to marbles, your odds can increase or decrease greatly depending on who you are going against, for the most part, it's just a physical showdown.
    5. Tug of war- Not only is this game influenced by your opponents but also by your team, you can't just rely on yourself, your teammates have to pull their weight as well. One weak member could cause you to lose the whole game.
    6. Glass bridge- While this game is most likely going to be trivial if you are one of the last 2 or 3 people, it's pretty much impossible if you're not.

I would say that the easiest one might be the marble game. Not only can you choose the actual game itself but there are also certain marble games which guarantee you a win if you use the right strategie. It's also likely that you have a partner who trusts you so you can exploit that fact.
The second easiest for me would be "Red light, green light". It's not that simple because you won't know that your life is at risk at the beginning of the game. You will have to respond with freezing instead of running when the first people get shot and well - you can't really control how your "fight or flight" instinct works. BUT if you react correctly you might easily win.
There aren't any enemies to fight and most of the people won't bother to sabotage you.
It's also good to have a strategy in games like this. For example: go to the wall and start the game away from the others. Most people will stay in the middle to seek protection from a group but as you can see in the video, it will backfire as soon as everyone starts to panick.
Most of the other games are really hard to beat tho and mostly based on luck.

10/10 would have manipulated anyone for the marble game because it's literally your life on the line there. Honestly, I probably would have changed the marble game to a target game to easily win if I found I couldn't manipulate my opponent any other way.
I'd say if you have strategy and are smart enough to purposely get others to go first (or the glass checking abilities), the glass path would have been the easiest game to win. This is because of the moment we see that one "your betrayed me" moment in the game. If she can do that in the game and her not getting shot, we can likely assume that pushing someone else into a glass tile or two ahead of you is a legit strategy that you could theoretically use against anyone in front of you.
Through, you would want to make this look like an accident (like "Oh man, I lost my balance for a sec. *Catches self quickly.* Oh....... that pathway doesn't work because he fell down there.")

'Use your ten marbles to compete with the partner next to you. The player who takes all ten marbles from their opponent wins'.
It is not required to keep your own marbles, but simply to win your opponents'. If one could devise a 'swapping game' of sorts (simply throwing and catching the entire pouch might do) and demonstrate in front of a guard that you have both, in fact, ended up with your opponents' marbles, there may be a chance you would both survive, as there is nothing explicitly against this in the established rules (as far as I know/remember).

If you have, say, a year to prepare, you could spend that year eating a tremendous amount of food, lifting a ton of weights, and doing a bunch of PEDs, and greatly increase your chances in the tug of war. If you are 280 lbs and have twice the strength of a normal man, your team would be much, much more likely to win

This would also provide an advantage in the squid game

Actually if you were playing tug of war in squid games you could still do illegal moves, as they never say they’re banned. Such as anchoring or even just tying the rope to the edge.

Best suggestion I’ve heard for the glass tile game: put shoes in clothing, and then swing and slam the shoe down on the glass.

@@knurdyob the translation I watched just instructed them to take their shoes off, didn’t say they had to leave them behind.

In the marble game you could just ask for the opponents pouch to prepare the game then go give the pouches to the gaurds

i would survive the first 2 games for sure. tug of war i might be able to win, but it depends on who i'm playing with. marbles is a game of intuition, unless it played it a different way. my intuition isn't too strong yet, but in the future i could be better. the glass one might work, but i once again have to factor in intuition and the people im playing with, and the squid game i wouldn't have a chance, so i would suggest to end the game like gihun did but it probably wouldnt work considering its in the middle of the game, and they probably wouldnt let us. either that, or whoever im up against would take that opportunity to shank me. anyways, tug of war and marbles are my best chances.

I went by percentage of survival so for me the easiest apparently is sugar honeycombs

idk the sugar cookie game is probably the best one for me since even if i cheat and win in the marble game idk if i can keep on going knowing that.
also for the red light green light game cant you just army crawl on the ground at the beginning so other people cant push you
