They don't understand how much GC means to this type of music and how legendary they are. As for Kellin I like his band and I like the song he did with GC on youth authority, but he ruined that part of the performance it just didn't match up with Joel or the song that well. IMO don't hate its an opinion.
When I watched the APMAS that night Good Charlotte was the #1 reason I was watching that night! 🤘🏽😎🎸🎶
I like sleeping with sirens as well, just a little sad that people don't recognize GC for what they are. I always try to get younger people to listen to iconic bands but most of the time they don't really meant anything
I'm here too see both. I like sleeping with sirens better than good Charlotte because I've liked them for longer but if it weren't for sleeping with sirens and all time low I would never have listened to good Charlotte in the first place and I'm really glad I have because they're amazing

When watching the APMAs you can tell the difference between how an experienced band like GC handles the crowd and newer bands. GC involves the crowd in the show during their songs and the others simply acknowledge the crowd. Not criticizing anyone, just pointing something out

awsten is so young here 🥺 he looks so nervous. you can tell how full on the last 5 years have been for parx, he’s changed a lot. on the one hand he seems a lot less depressed here but on the other he’s grown a lot as an artist and would absolutely rock this stage with GC now 💕

I got to watch Good Charlotte perform at Warped tour in St Louis. It was pretty great, especially because there were less people by that time (they were one of the last bands to play) and there weren't that many people down at the bottom. Also no one was crowdsurfing, which made everything calmer and nicer.

I think I have the most respect for Billy and Paul both of them really care about the music and never got really too caught up with the success and living big. Paul is one of my favorite bass players ever and Billy one of my favorite guitarists but as a whole the band definitely strived away from being a relatable band and started singing about what they have become aka they are now living the lifestyles of the rich and the famous. I love this band to death but Paul and Billy have all my respect as my fellow musicians💚
