By being empathetic.
@@airbusdriver7114 empathy only works if you know his shoes to be a able to put yourself in them?
@@dr.j7542it’s a weird one but it’s more of a pretend act really, you say you understand because of previous customers complaints and queries that may be similar to this customer, therefore in a way, you do actually empathise as you know what the customer is going through via previous customers complaints etc
