Satisfy Your Cravings: Benihana's Mustard Sauce for Chicken and Steak

If you love hibachi chicken or hibachi steak, this is the secret ingredient to making it taste just like the restaurant at home. The mustard dipping sauce is my favorite part of eating out at Japanese steakhouses. The ingredients are super simple and it takes no time to make.
Ingredients:
-2 tablespoons sesame seeds
-1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium if you prefer)
-2 teaspoons mustard powder
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 tablespoon hot water
-1 cup heavy cream
