And I know for a fact that some of if not most of these so call fan's are the same ones to complain on social media that the NBA media are disrespecting the heat by the lack of coverage this team get. What do you think about sending Jimmy and Tyler to Charlotte for Lamelo Ball and Brandon Miller… Young talent to pair with Bam, Rozier, and the young guys… Only downside I can think of is Miami nightlife being too much for Lamelo to handle 😂
One of my employees has been a stellar employee for the past 5 years but last year he performed “eh” and didn’t show up at all during the most crucial part of the year. I can also see that his productivity is dipping and he likely wont replicate his work from the past 5 years and calls out sick more than anyone else. Over the past 5 years hes had a leadership role and has ALMSOT led us to our goals each year but we’ve fallen short each time.

In the end of the day it's on the FO to build a championship level roster not Jimmy, and the FO fail at that during the Butler era. And heat fan's like you are building up spider mitchell like he's the hero who will take us over the finish line when he hasn't shown he could even get to the finals let alone a conference finals.
