- Okizeme is a pretty complicated topic, so I've decided to cover the basics in this guide. An advanced guide will come out soon!
Music: TEKKEN 4 OST - Authentic Sky
00:00 - What is Okizeme?
00:09 - The first rule of Oki
00:24 - Tech Rollers
01:08 - Stay Down
01:42 - Spring & Recovery Kicks
02:10 - At The Wall
02:46 - Bonus Tips
03:16 - Outro - Hry
Thank you for the guides always ♥️ super helpful, this video is very Oki doki.
another option if you are bad at doing optimal punishes: if you shimmy (go foward and back down immediately, to make your opponent fret and press) your downed opponent and they press, every option will be beat by 3+4, 4. not only it has absurd range, it also hits mid. it is my standard whiff punisher as although it doesn't launch, the range, mid property and even the low crush makes it an extremetely consistent tool for whiffed moves
You're a godsend for reina mains my brother

I can't get the time for quarter circle back forward 2 grab properly. Can you explain the timing
@@wizardgamehubz there is no timing really, some tips:
You might be messing up the actual input, turn on command history in practice and make sure when you attempt the throw that youre getting a clean [d, db, b, (neutral), f, 2 (or f+2 also works I think)]
Also watch the example in the movelist as this makes a sound queue for each button so you can hear the timing
If you're struggling for the back to forward 2 input try practicing Jin or Devil Jin's laser scraper as it's a similar input (back, forward, 2, 1, 2)
Hope this helps :)
@krungite thank you for this my brother 🙏 I will go over this, thank you for taking your time to help me I really appreciate it. When I become the best renia you will be remembered 💰
this guy is content is great, clear and to the point, no stupid music or graphics or animation, just straight up and easy to understand.
W! Ff2 Sen 1+2 setup you heaven’s wrath oki like grab/hw 2 mix up against techroll, hw 3+4 or 4221+2 against side roll or lay down
Great point, thanks for the info! 🙏
I was just thinking about what are my options on this same topic yesterday and now you upload what I was looking for thank you for this
Ending combos with f4 after tornado helps give really strong oki afterwards for the bigger stages where its harder to reach the wall. So an example combo would look like ewgf ewgf ws3 df1,1 f2,3f df1f SEN 1+2 cd f4
Great point! 🙏
thank you so much for all your amazing Reina guides. Every single video is so interesting and useful. I am learning a lot
This is an important topic to remain dilligent about. It's something I take for granted; thank you!
Thank you so much for your guides. I've tried learning other characters, but thanks to the quality and detail of your guides I've decided to main Reina.
Using her qcbf throw at the wall is so smart, I've always just used ff1+2
Thank you!
Very helpful Set of Reina guides!
I would die a happy man if you cover Asuka with this depth and quality. You should go for the entirety of the Kazama and Mishima families.
Really good guide! Hope to see more Reina video❤
Nah this vid is insane you are the goat 🐐, as a new player this is something else
Really glad I found this channel really helping me figure out how to play in 3D if that makes sense lol
you have the best reina guides!!!
❤️
Video cured my blindness! Thank you again Mishima guy
Great vid as always
Thank you for the guides
For me, whenever I do a crouch dash or hell sweep mixup is that I use her wind step(d/f+3), which makes hellsweep almost unseenable at range 1 due to how fast it can be executed.
Good job 👍 very useful
f3+4 can be cancelled with a down input. That down input can be used as the start of her qcb command grab. Niche tech, could be useful. Can be done by cancelling immediate, fully charging, or anywhere in between.
You’re too good man ❤
After wall combo like df1,1 1+2 you can sidestep 4 to hit if they not quckstanding, or quickstanding but not blocking lows. And if they do block this low it is safe on block.
How is it safe on block? Can't it only ever be -13?
@@EanakbaYeah, confused frames on hit and on block. Nobody ever punished me after blocking it though.
I don't even understand it. When against an opponent, I adapt quickly to their movement patterns. Everyone has style on how they fight.
My favorite is when I can use her parry to go to Wind God Step. It really looks super cool to do that.
so gooooodddddddd
goat
Do you plan on doing any Jin guide in the future
Whats the ost at the end of the video
If cd 3 hits sideroll why not use it over ff 2? (does cd 3 miss tech roll or something?) (Asking as a total noob).
If you read they will stay down of sideroll I recommend always going for CD3 👍
Hello there, I’m a stubborn Heihachi main still playing Tekken 7 and would love to hear any oki tips/guides you that you have for him. Thanks in advance!
Respect 👊, FF2 is your pancake flip and is super scary when the opponent is waking up backwards, otherwise run up and F4 or hellsweep. Forward dash -> back dash -> FF2 works wonders against get up kickers 👍
ma boi
Reina 💜my wife
grab notation at 2:35 is wrong. it is d,db,b,f+2
True, thanks for the correction 🙏
i love this channel
you basically made a vague guide on one single knockdown that nobody uses and then moved on to giving an example with an unoptimal combo as if different knockdowns didn't have different positiong and even allow for better options. literally useless
did you just admit you didn’t watch a lick of the video man
Looks like a guide for beginners. He covers every wakeup option and covers a few options for this character. I don't think it's as bad as you're making it out to be
Was helpful for me
He literally went over how to beat every getup option, you can apply it to any knockdown if you use your brain a bit
what are you even talking about bruh 😭😭
This isnt even off any combos . What fucking oki
0:30 quickstand aka tap up is the fastest way, tech is the 2nd fastest and much safer
