Ribbon Weaving a Cushion Front | Customize Your Own Colourful Accent Piece

- Hi everyone, thanks for joining me to make a really lovely piece of weaving. Mine will be turned into cushions but you can use the same technique for cards, bags, wall hangings even a coverlet. Ribbon weaving is really easy, start simple and have fun!
You need very little equipment, a flat surface that is heat resistant, pins, a piece of bondaweb and of course ribbons, lots of ribbons! The cushion cover I'm demonstrating measures 18" X 18" and required approximately 30 metres of ribbon, obviously if you use wider ribbon you would need less, and with narrower ribbon you need more.

Hi Amy, Yo Yo's were one of the first things that I ever tried, I made a caterpillar 😌 but also I have designed a shawl and waistcoat using Suffolk puffs but never got round to making them. And I would like to make a bed throw too, maybe I should make a video 😉
