Well since you asked. I was just on a call with a tech yesterday for little over 2 hours. He remote pc into my computer and could not get it to print. We are going to give it a try agian today at 12. He said he needed to talk to his lead technitian to do a little more research. I had it printing when I first got it but it isn't printing now. The printer is good but they have a software issue on some people's computers. On the flip side I personally know people that have it up and runnning with no issues. I talk to a few different people on a weekly basis that love it and have no issues. It's a big ? to me. I think it will get worked out eventually. But for the money it's really difficult trying to be patient after months and months and months. and months. smh. At least the heads are not clogged though. That's how I know its a good printer.

What RIP software were you using for the R2 Pro? I had the same issue with my DTF printer (XP600 light commercial kind), it was the printer spool crashing. I ended upgrading my RIP software to Acrorip 10.5.2 from 10.3.

I’m using the software they provided. It’s called digirip. It definitely is a software issue. The printer does what the software tells it. The printer prints fine it’s the software that is giving an error message when the print stops. Smh.

@@adubbproductions - As a former computer technician, I would suspect something was going on with your computer. If I understand you correctly, the Digirip originally worked OK with the computer and the printer. If that's so, the culprit almost has to be your computer. I know you upgraded the rip software, but supposedly the manufacturer tested the upgrade before releasing it to you, so I would still suspect the PC. In a worst case scenario, I would recommend resetting the printer to factory defults, uninstalling the rip software completely from your PC, and then re-install the original rip software. If the PC still couldn't print to the machine, then it's definitely a PC issue. Cheers.
