I have two 5-channel OSD amps. They are ok. For a budget amp. I'm happy. The channels are real heavy.

Need a bit more power if you're going to go separates, I would think. Think any Denon AVR from the last 5 years has about the same or more power, or no? I'm sure there are use cases though.
I don’t know every time I look at OSD amp the wattage rating seem to always be different from different sources. Like they can’t makeup their minds on exactly what the wattage rating is.
On paper in there manual say one rating than on website it states another and when watching these reviews, the reviewer say another. 🤷♂️
Can a Wiim streamer can be hooked up to this for an outdoor speaker setup using the trigger inputs?

Have you played with this unit? How have you adjusted the gain knob on the back? You'll need to do this prior to running room correction. I'm just wondering how much did you safely crank that knob up?
I havent even tested it yet. I need to run it in my living room setup cause this doesnt have xlr. My theater setup is all xlr. Not dismantling my setup to go back to rca lol Last time I had rca I was getting a ton of noise.
Is it a Class D amp? That would make it lighter
I believe so.
It is class D and is also fan cooled. Perfect for locations that dont have great ventilation.
Class D is the way to go anymore. They've come a long way in the last 10 years

If they are going to use 4 ohms for power ratings they need to be up front about it. It seems as if they are trying to be sneaky

@hatoraidcowboy for as long as I can remember amps have provided wattage at 8 ohms. If u go to specs u can usually get 4ohm ratings. For osd to provide 4 ohm power ratings without even saying that it's a 4ohm rating unless u go to specs is shady imo.
