Toyoto will sell these upper trim levels tocoma's no matter how much folks complain. Going forward they will continue with this trend with a few tweaks here and there. I'm not a toyota person, just browsing the channels but the truck looks good with the upgrades. Good review of the tocoma.

Been planning to buy a new vehicle for the past couple years. I made my choice. Tacoma. This trim. Then I saw the price. That's Ranger Raptor Colorado ZR2 money. Toyota lost their damn mind.

Shortening the back seat won’t increase legroom but might increase knee space. The distance between the back of the front seat and rear seat backrest wouldn’t change.
I would have to trade in my 2021 Crew Cab 4x4 5.7 motor with 26,000 miles plus $15,000 cash in order to buy the Tacoma. I will keep the Tundra. I do think the Tacoma looks awesome.
Having no v6 is just a no go for me personally. I’ll stick with my 23

$54,829 for a Tacoma is outrageous. I don't completely blame Toyota because Bidenflation has absolutely destroyed our economy. I bought my 2021 Tundra TRD Pro double cab for $48,880 and my 2015 Tacoma TRD Off Road Manual trans V6 access cab for $27,100 as references. Even with Bidenflation calculated that is only $36,000 in today money. So, the price of the new truck is a fucking joke.

Toyota and Lexus are getting away from leather. Softex looks/feels like an upgraded vinyl. I’m not bashing it. My sister’s RX350 and my Limited RAV4 has it.
@DH-mf2lv i can speak for Tundra here. Softex is available in SR5, standard in Limited and TRD Pro. 1794, Platinum, Capstone get genuine leather.

Yup. Toyota made a lot of people happy with Tundra crewmax 6.5 bed. Longer wheel base than others. They should make a bigger Tacoma as well
