- Propane burner made with 1" pipe, 1-1/4" to 1" adapter, M10x80mm bolt, M10 nuts and large washer and 0.8mm mig welder nozzle. All found for cheap at the home improvement store.
Tested with gas at 0.5bar (around 7psi). It can run a bigger flame by increasing pressure but I think like this is enough to heat a forge or furnace. I can adjust propane flow with pressure regulator between gas tank and burner.

Outstanding ! For those that live in an area where it's available, black iron pipe and fittings will save the acid bath step to get rid of the galvanized coating . Your design of the adjustable air gap is ingenious in that it allows for variations in gas pressure as well as fine tuning the flame . All in all a great design .
😢😢😢
I'm an engineer and I approve this message 😏
For real, I was wondering what you were doing until you out it all together and it's functionally simple yet very intuitive! Well done
Lovely! It's amazing how simply a forge burner can be built, but how effective it can be. Excellent design!
I freaking love this channel. It always seems when I'm trying to figure out a specific project, I can always count on Black Beard to post a video in a few days to show me how to do it.
Yea same, I was actually in the shop writing a parts list when my phone buzzed in my pocket, I took it out and seen this,,
Man, you inspired me to up my foundry game! Simple but very efficient design. Thanks bud!
Great job of showing the fine tuning of the air mixture. Drilling the bolt to hold the mig tip is interesting.
Everything you do is always so well thought out, extremely impressive.

I love having little to no idea where Blackbeard is going with things to understand only when he puts everything together 😂👍
Easily one of the simplest implementations I've seen. Well done sir! 👍🍻
The design is similar to the USSR burner I made in my video. 🔥 According to the book and plans. You have a great video, subscribed, thanks! 👍👍👍
To say that I’m envious of your creativity and skill set would be a grave understatement!👏👏👏
Awesome burner Gader! Great design, I like the simplicity 👍🏼💪🏼👌🏼
Thank you my friend!
@Сергей Закоптелов Он не утверждает, что изобрел газовую горелку. Он просто сделал один в соответствии со своими собственными чувствами и нацелился на свое конкретное использование.
I thread my mig tips into the connecting pipe, that way I can interchange them for optimal gas flow. Clever design though to allow for control of the choke and tip height intake.
Always love your videos, you are a master at your art. Stay safe and healthy my brother. Much respect
Venturi is the way to go. Great build man!
Cool design. Straight forward and easy to make. 👍
Nice re-purposing of sponge/swab forceps and Spencer Wells forceps! Lots of (clean) surgical instruments are thrown away but have great application in the workshop.
Simple but brilliant design superbly and skillfully brought to life.
Супер воплощение! Пока это самый лучший вариант что я видел!
I’ve been subbed since you made the aluminum cast knobs and the first video I saw was your Kiridashi video. Crazy to see you have almost 1.7 million subs. Keep up the great work
Great job! If you ever have a problem with the MIG tip clogging or you want to change orifice sizes for the use of different gases, instead of soldering in the tip you could try using a hollow bolt that's tapped at one end to take the tips' threads.
I was a little surprised that he didn't tap the drilled out bolt to take the mig tips?
I made a similar burner, but drilled out the orifice. Been using it for a few years, no problems as there really isn't anything to clog it up, just propane in my case
Beautifully simple. Bravo!
I enjoyed the whole vid but the last 30 secs were mind blowing
Brilliant, just what I have been looking for. Thanks, great vid
Congratulations! Simple and efficient.
Замечательно!Руки прямые,и растут из нужного места.
lol noob
I am so in love with this channel.
All together a excellent design. A great design for several different projects. The only thing I would add would be a flame retainer.
Pardon my French, but bloody genius! The airflow design is spot on.
That looks dope mate! Good job
I've made a few burners over the past few years. This is a nice design! I used cast reducing sockets for the burner flares but they melted. I also used a much larger reducing socket for my inlet Venturi. It's based off of one of Ron Weil's designs. Also played with modified mongo burner, I think, from Zoeller's web site. I really like your design - takes the best features of each of the designs I've played with and results in an overall simpler, possibly safer outcome. Love it!
congratulations on your work brother, God continue to bless you and your family every day.
So many things that you did was simple making a job much harder than it needed to be.
Very nice... Always so simple and effective.. big clap for you
Great video. Simple design. Now i know how to make one. Tanks :)
Just what I needed!!!!
Great work; simple and very efficient. Congratulations of Brasil.
Great job, BBP!!!
hello friends, nice to meet you, I'm glad to be close to you CZcams creators, whose content is inspiring and useful, greetings from Indonesian ..
أكثر شخص يستحق المتابعة في اليوتيوب 👍👍
It was very good, very simple to do. One idea is to remove the thread from the outlet sleeve to improve the flow of the flame and not heat up while lit.
White vinegar and water 50/50 will take off galvanize as well.
Love these videos,,, Have learned so much,, Thanks man..
That is pretty freaking cool, dude.
Once done, it looks easy! Difficult is creating and developing the assembly. Here in Brazil, learning from you. Success \o/
Genius! Great job!
That's a pretty interesting design keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work forge on my friend
That is the sexiest burner design on the 'tube. bravo.
Amazing I'll be copying this for my forge
Love that regulation system :)
best burner ever !! you r the best
Excellent. Thank you so much!
Nicely done 👍👍👍Thanks for sharing
What a fantastic idea, Im building one today
Thanks
Very nice forge burner and easy to built
Very good! Simple is always best.
After you welded / brazed the nut and the large washer I recognized the assembly from the Devil Forge some channels use.
Nice work.
Все гениальное просто, но не все простое гениально. :)
Espetáculo muito bom mesmo parabéns 🙌👏👏
I love the way the nozzle starts bluing
Awesome work! :)
Nice clean looking fabrication
Winter's coming. Can't wait to clear the snow from the driveway with that thing.
These are good for heat but not distance. Better to build the flame style. These are good for forge where its stationary.
Beautiful!
Great work
So simple! Thanks! :)
Ottimo lavoro
Very nice man. Good job
Nice work
Muriatic/Hydrochloric acid strips the zinc off super fast and is a lot easier "for me" to get, pool chemicals.
Also looking into using "lamp bolts" the long hollow bolt used to assemble some lamps. Save the hassle of drilling that long deep hole in the bolt. GREAT Burner, I have all the materials to build three of these for my forge, just need the time to do it. LOL
Very neat, simple and effective design and job.lol.
Slick.
Nice job.
Beyond my current abilities, but damn it was fun to watch. The sounds of the various processes were also quite relaxing, a veritable ASMR experience. Nice job in both the making of the burner and the video :)
لطفا اندازه طول لوله رو بگین .به سانتی متر .فکر کنم چیزی حدود سی و پنج سانتی متر بود؟؟؟
*Simple & Efficient Solution* 👍👍👍👍👍
Fantastico. Complementi!
Great job
Magnifique, BravoX1000 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Great job 👍
Love how you made that..
Well done sir!
wow its unique and its strong good work
Very nice and clean build, only thing that I have different in mine is that I have treaded in the mig tip.
That's awesome lol was just going to buy one but that fits into my budget way better 😆
Good story - I liked it, thanks! -))
Great idea!
Interresting video!
So in this episode, Black Beard Projects makes a flamethrower 😂
Say hello to my leetle friend😁
Bel lavoro, efficace e pulito, noto con piacere che hai ancora quella morsa incredibile da 2,5 ql, complimenti!
...GOOD ONE, NICE JOB...STAY SAFE..
Sweet clean burner build man! Lots of great shop footage here! Especially liked removing the galvanized layer before working it!
Good job 👍👌
well that was amazing !
pretty cool BB 👍
Хорошая горелка для горна👍
Горит то хорошо, а расход газа?
Dude this is a heck of a good design! I love how you attack a challenge and end with unique solutions. Have a great weekend sir.
awesome job
Hey man you are genius
Nice. Think i must use your method for my burner
Браво!
Very impressive.
