It was glass smoth with the squeegee then you have to sand it to get it smoother how does that work ?

May I ask please if you are using a 0.8mm spray nozzle tip for the gelcoat on seam?
We no longer spray the seam and now hand paint it on. Much quicker and it lays down just as nice.
this blue resin, it is epoxy resin, isn't it??
Vinylester resin. When it starts to kick it'll change color to a light tan.
